Opuntia polyacantha 'Peter Pan'

Opuntia polyacantha 'Peter Pan' is a neotypic or juvenile plant that does NOT flower but it creates these dense mats. It is easily a zone 5 if not a zone 4 plant. It can easily take -30F in a western landscape. Plants for sale are 3 year old plants with several stems.
 
I do not guarantee these in a zone 5/6/7 because everyones growing conditions are different but this would be a good trial plant to grow in your cold outdoor garden. Try to plant outdoor 90 days before 1st hard freeze.
