Agave utahensis forma nevadensis 'Potosi Pass'

Agave utahensis forma nevadensis is from Mount Potosi, NV at 7000ft elevation. This is one of the more wet and cold tolerant forms of the species.  It has proven to be hardy in Colorado taking -22F on a few occasions. This particular form has been growing in our garden for 20+ years and bloomed several times. Blooming plants have reached only 8" acros and 5" tall, occasionaly clumping but this tends to be more solitary.
