Aloinopsis peersii syn: Deilanthe peersii
Aloinopsis peersii is sometimes considered a different genus but they are still within the realm of aloinopsis in my general opinion. I will have a large number of hybrids with these in the coming soonish. These plants are not as cold hardy as the other species but can take 0F or better if kept dry. This species blooms at night. Yellow flowers start after dark and can bloom in spring, summer and fall if the temperatures are right.
I do not guarantee these in a zone 5/6/7 because everyones growing conditions are different but this would be a good trial plant to grow in your cold outdoor garden. Try to plant outdoor 90 days before 1st hard freeze.
