Aloinopsis 'Yellow Eye'

Aloinopsis 'Yellow Eye'

Aloinopsis 'yellow eye' was created by Bill Adams. These plants were vegetatively grown from plants obtained from him, so they stay true to color. This is probably the hardest to reproduce from cutting and the slowest growing. These have some of the best flowers. Plants can take -10F if good drainage is provided. Plants can reach 6-8" across and flower during the spring and fall months. They can put on quite a display.

I do not guarantee these in a zone 5/6 because everyones growing conditions are different but this would be a good trial plant to grow in your cold outdoor garden. Try to plant outdoor 90 days before 1st hard freeze.
