Dudleya cymosa 5400ft

Dudleya cymosa is seed grown from Tuolumne Co., CA, 5400ft, 1646m. Perhaps the best form I have ever seen of this highly variable species. Brilliant orange-red to salmon-orange inflorescences open above very glaucous, chalky-blue rosettes. At this elevation in the Sierra Nevada Mtns, this population is likely to have exceptional cold tolerance. On S-facing, crumbling volcanic outcrops. We have had these survive our garden for several years. Plants have taken -10F but do much better with warmer winters.
