Echinocereus coccineus Las Vegas, NM 6400ft

Echinocereus coccineus Las Vegas, NM 6400ft were seed collected in the mesa area on the southeast side of town. These plants get very spiny and produce huge amounts of flowers in spring. These plants have survived -22F and may be as hardy as the northern populations of E. coccineus. But these will also take some good bright light and very hot temps.
