Echinocereus mojavensis Kingston Range, CA

Echinocereus mojavensis or Mojave Claret Cup Cactus is another great cactus for a cold garden. Seed for these plants were collected on the Kingston Range, CA. The plants were very blonde and growing on white marble rock. Plants have survived -17F in our garden from several locations including this location. This is the most cold wet winter tolerant species of Claret Cup Cactus I sell.
