Mammillaria heyderi ssp. macdougalii Santa Cruz county, AZ

Mammillaria heyderi ssp. macdougalii or Green-Flowered Pancake Cactus is a semi-cold hardy plant from southern Arizona. The seed for this plant was collected on Ruby Road in Santa Cruz county, AZ. These have taken -11F for us but they were in a very protected location. These bloom green in early spring and get a deep taproot like a turnip. Only a few available this time.
