Turbinicarpus valdezianus Saltillo, MX

Turbinicarpus valdezianus is a new species for me. The seed for this plant came from Saltillo, Coah., MX. These have shown some cold hardiness survivng -2F outside but havet been tested further. The plants were tucked into a crack under a cholla. A squirrel later ate the 3 plants. This is a very small species.
